Here is a ride report for the Easter Sunday ride.

When Margo and I pulled into D&D just before 10:00am, we were excited to see some bikes. By A.O.B. we had Smurf, Evert, Joe and the Thody's, and after a brief discussion it was decided that Hooters qualified as a "buffet". Believe it or not it was not my first pick, but Donna had never been and was up for something new. So up 32 we went, to Raymond Hill Rd - love that road - to 163 where we got to enjoy using the new traffic light to turn smoothly onto 82 west to 354 north. With very little traffic on the roads, must be a holiday or something, in no time we were through Colchester heading north on 85. As we got to the church in Hebron we ran into what I thought had to be a funeral procession, but it was just church letting out. It dissapated pretty quick and on we went into Manchester. At this point Evert helped with directions, and we arrived at Hooters with time to spare. We actually had to go ride some more to give the Hooter's girls time to get into those fancy outfits. We got back around 12:20pm and had a good lunch. Fat and happy we got back on the bikes and Evert led us up the highway and through some nice country roads down through Lebanon and into Bozrah where we started splitting up. Margo and I went up 2 East to the head of 163 and took that down to 82, over to Old Colchester Rd south to downtown Quaker Hill. All in all a very nice time, great weather and good company on a very special Easter Sunday.
