A motion was made by Dave Adams 3 weeks ago to change the meeting time to 7:30pm year round.
Thursday a vote was taken of 47 members present requiring 31 votes to change the bylaws. 18 votes were cast in favor of the bylaw change and the motion did not pass.
A motion was introduced by Steve Distasio to set an actual time for the meetings to change from 7pm to 8pm and 8pm to 7pm each year instead of the rather vague listing it has now.
Proposal will be open to discussion the next meeting
