They fit '09 and later touring models (except Trikes), will not fit with Harley Hammock seat. The covers make for a wider easier grip and have black rubber inserts, ball milled grooves and bar and shield logo.
The two kits are complete except for the clear stick-on template to protect the paint.
One note that Harley fails to mention. If your bike has a "Rider" backrest, the rails will not mount since both parts use the same bolts. There is enough room under the seat for both but Harley FAILED to make the bracket "clear" the backrest mount.
