The next two pictures were on the same page and at quick glance I thought they were the same. The rider is at the same location on the same racing line, but there is a bike behind him in one shot and not the other. Also his left foot is at a different angle and his head is tipped.
He is Steve Frechette (there is a question mark after his name) from Central Cycle.
