Did you get ice cream Thursday?

Did anyone have ice cream Thursday night?  I mean there were a lot of people walking around with Good Humor ice cream suits, but I didn't see one Good Humor truck. There weren't any Ice cream sandwiches, Popsicles, toasted almond bars, or chocolate eclairs.

And how come they weren't wearing their hats?
