I don't know about these Florida people. I think the heat affects the mind, or is it that there is an effect due to the spinning of the earth closer to the equator, Perhaps it's because above the equator the water drains clockwise and below counterclockwise and it's affecting his brain fluid.
33 rising to 45 is not the same temperature, 35 is where it goes up here if we're lucky, and thats the high of the day. 45 hell, it may as well be summer
