Rode from Dunkin Donuts to to drop the bike off and pick up the car for the ride home, and I noticed something, I was warmer on the bike than in the car. Leaving Montville on 32 I turned off the radio to listen to the music. The sound of the Screaming Eagle pipes purring along, it was a great if short ride. If it weren't for the forecast of snow in the morning I would have ridden home.
The air was cool and crisp, temperature about 28 degrees F. but the jacket and vest, gloves, chaps and fuzzy hat kept it comfortable. I pulled into work, pulled the bike in, parked it, shed the gear and got in the car for the ride home, and...froze
