For those who are not going to Vermont this weekend. I received an e-mail from RKFFMC inviting us to this. Might not be a bad idea for some of our members to go to this. They have been a big supporter of our Bike Blessing in the past showing up in numbers.

Just a friendly reminder Battalion
2’s Second Anniversary party is this Saturday, August 24th!!!!
The party starts at 6 pm and runs
until 10 pm (or until we get kicked out!)
The location is the Catholic War
Veterans – Post 1562 located at 112 Derby Avenue (Route 115) in Derby, CT.
Donation at the door is $10.00 per
person and food will be provided.
Beverages are available at the CWV bar.

According to Mapquest, this is about an hour away by highway. We
may be able to take a more enjoyable ride to the event if anyone is familiar
with the secondary roads between Montville and Derby.
