We all know that Massachusetts requires the use of a helmet when riding, but did you know you are not suppose to have any earphones in use when you are operating a bike in that state?
Connecticut has no restrictions, you can have a bike to bike ear piece in and be listening to Kid Rock in the other.
New York allows you to wear one, and one only, leaving you free to hear the traffic around you with the other.
Pennsylvannia Says you can wear earphones but you had better not be list3ning to music.
Massachusetts, forbids the use of earphones all together, that goes for bike to bike communication, passenger to rider communication and music or news radio.
