From the Secretary

1.  A couple of meetings ago, it was mentioned about my cousin performing at the WCTY concert at Plainfield H.S. for a recording contract.  We have actual tickets to sell.  It is on Saturday, March 24th.  I believe it starts at 7pm.  It should be a fun night of Country music and could be good exposure for Windham County.  This will be brought about again at this week's meeting.

 We have rooms blocked at the Naswa Resort.  I do not know what we have left, but as of last month, I know there were still rooms available.  This is a great time with a beachside bar at the resort.  It is about a five minute motorcycle ride from the main strip.  Rates are:

The Inn and Terrace: $149.00/n
Beachfront rates are: $179.00/n

When you call, the block of rooms are under New London Motorcycle Club.  You can ask for either Patti or Sarah. 

2.  NOW BOOKING for Laconia Bike Week (June 11-13)

If you are going to book, book now.  I wasn't a guaranteed date when the rooms would be released, so if you wait, you could be out of luck.

3.  NOW BOOKING for Americade Bike Week (June 6-8)

We have a block of rooms set up at the Holiday Inn Resort.  Unlike Naswa Resort, we have some time for this block of rooms, but I wouldn't wait.

Looking at an average of $188.34/night plus tax.  This hotel is right on Canada Street.  When you call, please refer to New London Motorcycle Club.  The contact person is Mandy.
