Club History photos

Thursday night before dinner was served I climbed up in the attic to retrieve a big plastic storage bin. Inside the bin are framed photos, photos in envelopes and photo albums. Yes it is a heavy storage bin. With the help of Thibbs and Dunn we got the items down and loaded in the back of my car. The bin now resides (temporarily) at my house. The reason for this is prosperity. The idea is to scan every photo and article, file them, store them on discs, and perhaps later make or produce a Club History photo book. Much the same as the "Year Books" without the extra added boo-hockey.

I opened the 1993-94,95 photo book and found that there were a lot of people and families we don't see any more. There are some really good photos of rides and parties and meets. There were trips to Gettysburg, Mount Equinox, and Americade to name a few.

One page I came across in the book struck me as humorous and informative. Someone went to the trouble to place "nothing" in the photo album. Now this nothing is actually something. Because without this nothing being entered we wouldn't know that something didn't happen. So I enclose the following page from the album. It should tell you that someone did some planning, people got together so the planned event could happen, and that it didn't. If no one had added this page, we would not have known that something should have happened at all.

So....1995.... Fall....
