Last night after the meeting a LARGE group of us headed for Dunkin Donuts, (As we do every Thursday). While standing around out side, the Fire Department went by, making a lot of noise and waving. A few miutes later they drove by in the opposite direction, blew their air horn and waved. A few minutes later the same engine flew up the road sirens wailing again and waved again as they went by. Someone came up the thought that "they must be doing time trials". Someone else said,"They went back and adjusted the air pressure before going for it again". About this time two Police cars went flying by, now the quips were regarding stolen Fire trucks.
At one point Sierra came running over to Steve Malzone and myself for protection. When she told us who she needed protection from she was told not to worry, just run around, "The last time he ran, it was to warn the Mayflower that they were too close to the rock."
