Bikini Bike wash

Columbia Motorsports on rte 66 in Columbia (go figure) Ct. held a Open House with a Bikini Bike wash Friday night. Four members of the Club met at D&D in Montville at 5pm and headed up to check out the situation.

At Columbia you could have the girls wash your ride for $5.00 or for a few bucks you could have them pose with you and your bike or just your bike. Amoungst the things to do were having your bike tested on a Dyno, or try to blow your rear tyre in the burnout pit. If you were able to have the rear let go within a specified amount of time you would get a new tyre.

The event was heavily attended by sport bikes with cruisers or choppers in the extreme minority.
 After we were there about a half hour Drew arrived to see what was going on, Reuben and myself left to visit a friend in Willimantic and on the way out passed Dale coming in.


Leaving Willimantic we took the more interesting roads down through Windham and came upon two of our newer members heading the same way, we rode with them down through Sprague to Occum where we parted directions.
