Ron Durand Escort

I probably do not have to mention it, but the dress for Saturday is Honor Guard Uniformed. If you don't have it, just wear your vest with a white long sleeve T-shirt, and black jeans. If you don't own these items, come anyway looking as NLMC as you can. Saturday will be cooler, which may result in a coat covering the uniform anyway until we reach the church. Head gear is the black ascot hat unless you wear a black helmet while riding.

Windham area riders will be meeting at the D&D in their area.

For those people riding and meeting in Montville, the Club will be leaving D&D at 8am, so make sure you are there before that.

DO NOT PARK in D&D, all riders should park on the side street along side D&D. Form up two abreast. The E board and Road Guards will be at the front. Tom will designate Road Guards when he sees who is available. There will be a need for a number of Road Guards.

The Club will ride in normal staggered formation to Lebanon and Clubhouse road. Once there both groups will be re-positioned.
E-Board will lead, Tom will be with the Road Guards, The Durand Family car will be behind the E-Board. From this point on, the Ride will be Honor Guard formation, that means side by side.
Remember, lead bike sets the pace, the left hand rider (centerline) will set the distance between themselves and the bike ahead, the right hand bike stays even with that bike.

Road Guards will not be retreived until the formation enters route 2, at which time they will pass the formation using the passing lane and retake their original posistions. There will be no need for the formation to break formation and go single file. For those riders directly behind the guards please once on route 2, leave room for the Guards to re-assemble.
