Additional note on the sunday ride, on our way into New London where we would drop off our bikes for a car when we stopped at a red light a convertable Mustang pulled up along side us and the owner rolled down the window to inform us that since we were riding our bikes in the twenty degree weather we were his "heros" he also mentioned that not only do we ride in cold weather we put on a light show at the parades. The reason for the statement regarding the lights is that he belonged to an organization that also participated in the parades and the club blew their doors off. HIs warning was that this year we should be on the look out because "they are going to bring it"
