Eating season Riding season is upon us, Once again a new year starts and the members will be spending their weekends eating riding their bikes to far away lands in search of new foods roads to try.
In a Club where almost every ride ends with saturated fats, remember... Exercise is important. Without it,at the end of the year we may look like this...
