Since this is the first year that we are giving away gift certificates and memberships at the Expo, we just wanted to make sure that everyone knows what the plan is so that you will be able to answer any questions at the show. We have prepared a brief cheat-sheet in response to some anticipated questions, please take a moment to read through it below (we will have this cheat-sheet available at the booth). An updated staffing grid is included at the bottom of this e-mail. As always, if you have any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to reply to this e-mail or call our cell.

1. What is the "value" of the 1 year membership?


NLMC is a great social organization, a riding club that rides to weekend destination, local daytrip destination, charities, Honor Guard Events, Parades, Members of the Patriot Guard. It is an AMA Chartered Club, one of the oldest clubs in the US (1939 and 200 members strong. Members receive discounts on service and parts at many local dealerships (see list on web site).






The Club dues are $50.00 per individual and $75.00 per couple for one calendar year. An individual membership is for any one person. A couple membership is for any two persons who are living together in a relationship at the same address.


2. Is this good for a couple or just an individual?


Good for any type of membership to include Single, Couple, or Associate.


3. How many / What are my chances of winning?






3 winners will be picked from all 7 counties, it is a free membership voucher but winners still have to be voted in and do the three events. They will fill out the application and all things remain the same. The patch is not included.


4. When will the winners be drawn / do I need to be present?


Winners do not need to be present to win. The Expo Committee members will draw the winners and present the results at the next NLMC business meeting. The President and Recruitment chair will follow up. A cover letter will be drawn and go out with the voucher.


5. How will I know I won?


All winners will be notified via email and/or mail by January 17, 2009.


6. How do I get my certificate?


All prizes will be mailed to winners via certified mail.


7. When do the certificates expire?


There is no expiration date on the Motorsports Nation certificate. The one year complimentary membership to NLMC is valid through the last Thursday in February 2011.
