There is only one challenge, and that is for 2nd Vice President

The count is up to 90 guests – We had to open a second connecting room

       Please try to bring a raffle prize or a basket. The raffle helps to re-coup

       funds that we are expending to finance 35-40% of your ticket.

FYI: Local Turkey Run Saturday

There is a local Turkey Run Benefit on Saturday. To be discussed at the meeting.

FYI: 12 Month Probation

I talked to another person last Thursday who did not know that there was a 12-month probationary period before someone becomes a permanent club member.

Please explain to those you are trying to recruit that: 

1. It's 3 rides or events before a person can apply for membership

2. Application is voted on by the membership. Approval by 2/3 of members present at a meeting is required

3. Applicant then becomes a "Full Patch Probationary Member" for a period of 12 months.

4. At the end of 12 months the probationary member becomes permanent unless notified otherwise by mail.
