a.    Yes, A motorcycle is entitled to the full use of any single traffic lanes including HOV lanes.
b.          A motorcycle cannot pass any other motor vehicle in the same lane except for another motorcycle.
c.          Connecticut law prohibits the operation of more than two motorcycles abreast in any single traffic lane.
d.          Personal injury to, or the death of, any one person $20,000.
             Personal injury to, or death of, more than one person on account of an accident at least $40,000.

e.    Yes. Motorcycles must have muffler(s) with interior baffle plates or other effective muffling devices.

                 Helmet must meet U.S. Department of Transportation (USDot) or National Highway Traffic Safety Administration        
             (NHTSA ) approved standards.
