For those who are interested I am planning a Thursday Jaunt. A Four State Cruise, (5 if I can work in Rhode Island).

Mystic Diner (Formerly The Equinox) at exit 90 Mystic Connecticut
(Seaport/Aquarium exit)
The Ride will run up 184 to Lantern Hill to 214, across the 2A bridge onto 395. (This will be the Only Highway on the ride)
395 to 32, 32 to Palmer Massachusetts, (Helmets required).
Route 20 in Palmer to route 181. Route 181 to Belchertown route 9. Route 9 to Amherst, 5 back roads around Amherst to 116, 116 to Sunderland. River road to East Deerfield, route 5 to Ma Route 2 (Mohawk Trail). The trail to Charlemont, to Zoar Road, Zoar to River road, (following the Deerfield River Valley). Up Whitcomb Hill road. (Just for the hell of it, nice climb up Florida Mountain). Back track down Whitcomb Hill to River road and a stop at the Hoosic Railroad Tunnel. River it Readsboro road (passing two resevoirs), continuing up tunnel road into Vermont, to route 100, 100 to route 9, route 9 east to Brattleboro, across the Conn river into New Hampshire and route 119. 119 to route 225 in Groton, 225 to 111. 111 to Ayer Mass. then Harvard. 110 in Harvard to 62 in Clinton. 62 to 70 in Worcester. Then route 12 home. If I can figure a way to add RI at this point and people are willing I will.
