Chili Cook off

On January 28th, there will be a very special fund raising event for a CT hero, Marine Greg Caron from Ellington, who on November 11, while serving his second tour, lost both of his legs, a finger, received shrapnel to the right side of his body, and a broken collar bone from an IED in Afghanistan.  He was transported to Germany where the initial surgery was performed; and he is now recovering in Bethesda, MD and is expected to be there for at least the next 6 months.

PGR's own RC MadMike Freeman is leading the charge with a very special Chili cookoff with all proceeds to benefit the Greg Caron Foundation.

Please see Mike's request below and respond back to MIKE ONLY, if you are able to help.

 PGR brothers and sisters,
I need 25 judges for the Greg Caron Chili Cook Off.  The judges meeting is at 1130 sharp and the day will end about 1600.
There is no criteria to be a judge; just your willingness to give of your time and an empty stomach.
Greg Caron International Chili Society Chili Cook Off at Pleasant View RT 83 (site of the NERCC) in Somers. Good food and a bar...and a GREAT cause what more can you ask for?
