Tuesday at Work

There's nothing like a good day at work to have your sense of being fulfilled, and this was nothing like a good day at work...this was a great day on a motorcycle. I got up, headed to Franklin, picked up Julie, we went to Ricks, where I made a phone call.. From Ricks we rode up through Hebron and into Manchester where we sat around for a little under an hour and I made a phone call. We took a cruise up to Hot Leathers and found that Manchester has no boots, four styles, all men's, not a big help when we were looking for C.M.F.M.B.s for Julie. I made a phone call.

Rick took us over to Vernon to Riens Deli (Sorry Joe, it was last minute) there I made a phone call, we ate then headed to 85 and 44 to wait for the phone callee to arrive. We waited there for about 15 minutes and Dan (I don't need to be at work) Dunn arrived. Rick took us along some nice roads over to Columbia where we met with the tech who is working on Amanda's bike, (It isn't looking too good, the carbs are being removed, disassembled and soaked.)

Leaving Columbia it was a trip down to Plainfield (With a stop to check out the horses and visit old friends in Hampton), then because as members of this club there seems to be very few rides that don't have ice cream, he had Ice Cream. With the ride pretty much over we crossed Butts Bridge to 197 then across to Baltic. (Rich, no marks in the road). At 207 and 32 Rick headed home, Danny and I dropped Julie then we headed down 395 to 2a, Danny took 32 I continued home by 214.

All in all...A Great day...NOT at work.

klay
