The Service was held today...

The Service was held at Jordan Cemetary today for Jim Lorenso Who was the Club's 1st Vice President and 2nd President.

He requested that the Club ride in making noise, wearing normal clothing (what we normally ride in), and wanted the motorcycles to ride over the top of the grave. Well, the Cemetary stomped on that request real quick, no one was riding over the graves.

The Club showed up with 12 motorcycles, two trikes, and 15 members not bad for a week day. As we entered the cemetary the line went to single file with each bike stopping next to the gravesite and throttling up, before proceding around to park. Once off the bikes we walked down to the grave in twos and lined up along the back forming a line behind the grave. The Service was handled by Jim's nephew who said a few words before handing the service over to the VFW Post, followed by a Militray rifle salute and Taps before returning to the nephew who closed the service. The Guests were then invited  across to the restaraunt for lunch befiore heading home.

A very nice service, and the Club made a good showing.
