The family will be using the car for any trips coming up, the new Harley, that pretty blue one, sort of isn't.
There is an old saying that Harley's drop parts, well...when you hit a deer at speed on I-95 the parts come off a little faster than usual. Dave and Kaitlin were cruising down 95 last night when a deer heading for the woods changed directions, it cost the deer it's head, It cost Dave a Travel pack, a fairing, headlights and driving lights, the lowers and consciousness. On impact Dave was temporarily knocked out, Kaitlin came off the back but refused to leave the bike, clinging to the seat. Neither of them was seriously injured, Thank the Lord, as the bike never went down. Dave has sore ribs and possibly a broken toe. Kaitlin has a sore leg. The bike, or what is left of it is at Mikes Harley.
