Sunday's Ride Food!!!

Turn on the CD player, Insert the "Muddy Waters" disc, and Crank It Up!!!  We're going "Southern Barbeque",or barbecue for those that prefer that spelling, or Bar-BQ for those that have trouble spelling, and BBQ for those who just can't spell.

So Sunday Morning, get up early!!!  Fill your scooters, and grab your helmets...cuz we're riding NORTH!!!

That's right, north, for those of you who went last year you know where I mean. We are heading for Curtis in Putney Vermont http://www.curtisbbqvt.com/. That's right!!!  Wood fired, old flat tire trailer/grille cooked ribs and chicken served out of derelict blue buses, with Collard Greens, Corn and everything else that makes your mouth water and your stomach want more !!!  Pig supervised grilling (making sure they cook his kin the right way or no way at all), and a giant roll of toilet paper to wipe up with!!!

Watch your E-mails for A.O.B. is 9 AM

The word Barbeque dates back to 1655–65 and is derived from the Arawak word Barbacoa. Barbacoa =  a raised frame of sticks.

Arawak: An Indian people once widespread in the Antilles but now confined to northeastern South America.
