Most of us joined the Club to have someone to ride with. We've all riden with our friends but they aren't always available to ride, and they usually have lame reasons, "I have to work", "I have things to do around the house", or if they can't think of a real reason they blame thier wives.
Now imagine joining an organisation where you can make a bunch of friends and they all like to ride...o/k, most of them like to ride. And the best thing about being a member is the membership list. looking for a ride, someone to go with, look at the list and start calling. With phone numbers and E-mail addresses for over 200 members your bound to find some one to ride with. Sure, in the middle of winter the number drops, a lot of people pack their bikes away and wait for spring, but a few of us are out there year round. At least one of us will be out there with a light jacket, no gloves and a cup of dunkin on his handle-bars.
So need something to do?
Start calling
If they say no...you still have four pages of people to go thru.
