Howdy!!!

Last nights meeting was probably one of the quickest in a while, don't get me wrong, it had its moments of crawl, but for the most part it was o/k. Jason was off work early ( won't be there Friday either) and on his way to Americade, so the Secretary's report was non-existent, and therefore accepted as not read. Attendance was quick also, “Did everyone sign in? Good, If you're here raise your hand”.

Jim held off on the President's report, and Mal wasn't there, Dan spoke about people dropping off brush at the club to be burned...NO NO NO, Dan spoke about rumors and gossip,Knock it off and of course Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah.

The Club received praise for its appearance at the PGR Honor Guard event on Saturday from a number of sources. For those who could not attend Because the Club looked good in matching gear Bob Stone placed us at the entrance to the Cemetary.

The county seats had very little to say, although Vinny is ready to sell County riders to other Counties who are less fortunate in their Recruiting. The Club is looking for a new Goodwill Chairperson, to take over Ron's position. The Web manager wasn't there and since the Husband (Les) has no idea what's going on (a quote), there was no report, The News Manager stated the computer problems and say's everyone should read the blog.

Up coming events were discussed. We had three guests introduce themselves, one of whom joined us at Dunkin after the meeting.

The evenings events were dampened due to... dampness, off and on rain was the order of the night. The six o'clock mystery ride saw a extremely light turnout with myself, a guest and Jim in his cage. The rain stopped and the two bikes headed out on a short run to the club, Jim said he has the Ultra detailed and packed for the Laconia trip and the Suzuki detailed so wasn't going to take them out in the rain.

The rain ended about 6:15. After arriving at the Club and talking for a while Jim pulled in on the Suzuki, got off his ride and in about 5 minutes it was raining again. There was some joking as to whether the President has enough clout to park his bike inside.

klay
