The bike is back from the dealer, the new spot mirrors are in place, the new taillight module has been installed and the clacking and tapping noise I was hearing when I let off the throttle has been addressed. The two bolts which hold the cross pipe on the true two exhaust had fallen out leaving the bracket to vibrate against the frame.

works fine according to them, no issues found the tech says it may have been the din plug but could find nothing wrong.
so...
Maybe it will go back in the shop later...
I'm not specifying which shop.
