Wrights run

A.O.B. for most folks was 10am in Montville at Dunkin Donuts, not so for Gerry and Linda, Sandwich and Myself. We had something else to do, that being watch the Grand Prix of Belgium. With the race over we met at the Equinox and headed for Mickey D's in North Stonington for second A.O.B. 11am. Arriving we picked up coffee and sat in the shade waiting for the rest of the kids to arrive. The weather Sunday was sunny and warm (spelled HOT). Mister Fogerty and Drew arrived and joined the wait, as did a long lost member of the Providence County contingent.

At a tad before 11am the Club arrived and because we had to wait for one bike "stuck in traffic" they joined us in the Shade

With everyone finally accounted for we headed up 49 through North Stonington and Voluntown, through Ekonk and Moosup to Oneco and 14a east into Rhode Island. We ran north on 102 through Clayville, Chepatchet, Oakland and Glendale to Harrisville RI

As per usual when we arrived we were directed to the rear of the building, (Away from "Normal" people).

Once there we did what we as a Club do best... We caused the deaths of many a poor bird. Mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, we don't care, White meat, dark meat it all went away.

A rolling perponderance of poultry ingesting ventripotent

Done with lunch, the group jumped back on their sleds, hunger not entirely satiated, and in 100% Club tradition headed south and west to Ekonk, for Ice Cream, Donuts, soda and other weight adding savory indulgences. A little more lounging about in the shade and it was time to head home.

All in all a great ride with great people and beautiful weather.

So...I sit here typing this and cannot wait till Monday nights ride....

Yes...it's for food.

klay

One added note, one of the club members had a little difficulty with a Coca~Cola pitcher, and drinking it out of a glass. because we had no sippy cup to give him at the time all we could furnish was a straw,

so to that person...

This is for you...
