Reminder, the Road Captain is looking for members who would like to become a Road Guard. The only requirement is that you have a motorcycle licence endorsement, insurance, and can turn your bike in a 20 foot or less circle (without putting your feet down, or for that matter...your bike). Sunday, 11/15/09, 10:00am AOB, Dunkin Donuts, Rte 32, departure for Parade Practice at Camp Oakdale Parking Lot. In addition to the 8 drill team riders, we would also like to rehearse with the diamond assembly (main column) riders. Possibly practice will be in play from 10:15 - Noon, Lunch, then a short ride for a couple of hours following lunch. Current weather forecast is for 63 degrees and dry.
I will be calling an "all position holder" meeting soon to discuss goals and objectives for 2010. All questions hopefully will have answers. Club Operations, Honor Guard Missions, Recruitment, Committee Volunteers, and County Chair Missions will be on the agenda. This will be set up for a Monday or Friday at the Clubhouse, for around 7:00pm. We'll have Pizza on hand.
