It is my sad duty to inform you that we have loss another Member of the New London Motorcycle Club.

Died Monday at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London from internal bleeding post surgery. Brad had recently had a valve replacement at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, and was doing well recovering at Beechwood when he devoloped a difficulty in breathing and died on the way to the hospital.


The untimely circumstances of his death has lead to an autopsy, which will delay services.


Service arrangements will be made through the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home in East Lyme.


I have contacted the Garside's and asked if they would extend NLMC Honor Guard service to the family on any level they wish. The Honor Guard at minimum will attend some part of the service.


Those newer members who did not know Brad should know he was the guy on the Red Honda Goldwing Trike who attended the escort of the Moving Wall event. Brad has been a member of the NLMC for the last 15 years. I will miss Brad's always friendly, smiling greetings each Monday at Ocean Beach Park. He was a great guy.
