Weather seems to be getting warmer, of course I know that is an illusion and wishful thinking. It seems like every time we have a really nice sunny warm day (33-43 degrees) it is followed by a Northeaster or that Siberian Express.
But just because it is too cold for cruising doesn't mean there's nothing to do...
