The link listed below is to a website about Motorcycle Club Life. It shows the differences between what in today's terminology would be a"Motorcycle Club" and a "Riding Club".
New London MC was founded in 1939, by Ralph and Ruth Strong, we are proud of our History and Heritage and remain a "MC". But truth is we are more a riding Club as defined by the website below.
The website will inform you of rules, protocols, and the differences between the two (MC and RC).
It is interesting reading and does contain information that could help you stay out of trouble by not doing something stupid.
In reality it's simple, and if you follow this simple rule you should stay out of trouble..."Treat your patch and your Club members with respect, treat other clubs and their patches the same." It comes down to respect.
