We cooked Chicken today, Drumsticks, thighs, and wings. Plain with Salt and Pepper, Sweet Baby Rays Spicy sauce, An Adobo and black pepper rub, Teriyaki, and Buffulo wings.
We had the grille going from 11am til...well...it's still on now, with the last remains of bird staying warm.
Now...picture, if you will, we're down to the last batch to cook, its on the grille, then phones, techs and customers bombard us, everyone is busy working, no ones on the grille. The "Driver" comes back from being on the road, (You know who. one of those "E" board members), He parks the truck, gets out and walks in. Does he say anything to anyone? no. Does he look at the grille to see if anything needs to be done? no. He comes in and I tell him theres chicken and to help himself, now I remeber there's no one outside, "Jase...can you check the grille to make sure it's not burning?"
Turns out I was a fireball, flames shooting out every opening in the grille...
Oh yeah.... He noticed it when he came in.

I told him yesterday he needs to learn how to grille, no self respecting American Male can go through life without being able to use a grille, Hell it's an American Icon. The bigger the grille the more Macho you are. "I grille all winter long" is a Proud American Boast.
I asked Jason, how are you going to have a tailgate party if you can't can't grille.
His answer was he wasn't going to have a tailgate party...He just goes to other peoples. (Communist)
