I must have missed the memo, it would appear the State of Connecticut has removed the need to follow traffic regulations, I must not have been on the mailing list but a lot of other people got the word.
Did you get a memo?
Did they take away the rule regarding Red lights?
In the past 4 days I have seen more people blowing through red lights than the entire rest of the year. I'm not talking about stretching a yellow and not making it, I'm talking RED LIGHT, zoom right through.
Again it must be the season
