We have received a few responses from those interested in volunteering at the booth, thank you!! The times of the show this year are Saturday 10a–7p and Sunday 10a–5p so we are suggesting the following for shifts below... of course, please let us know if you have another suggestion or can only be available for part of the time. The more, the merrier!
Also, it would be helpful if someone with a truck would cover the last shift on Sunday who could transport the items back to the clubhouse (in the past this has been Tom).
Suggested shifts:
• Saturday: 10a-1p, 1p-4p, and 4p-7p
•Sunday: 10a-1:30p and 1:30p-5p
The following people have volunteered:
•Brenda M. (can she hitch a ride with anyone?)
•Sierra D. (she will be there for Haymond and offered to help us out at our booth too)
•Mike D (mornings only, he will be at the CONREP booth in afternoons)
