We were talking today about everything NOT Connecticut

Take a ride anywhere west or south. (NYC excluded) and it is an entirely different world. People you don't know, never met, and are not trying to sell you something, come up and talk to you. Their friendliness is scary. Coming from Ct. our first reaction when someone you don't know comes up to you and starts talking, is to back up and put your hand close to where you keep your gun. We aren't use to it, up here if someone walks up and starts talking they are either trying to sell you something or are not right, (Crazy and or nuts).
