Riding down the road and the fairing is squeaking Perhaps you've lost a little electrical function. Chances are your fairing brackets are KAPUT!!! (Unt Zumtimes ze loose fairing cauzes chaffing of zee vires). Harley has had this problem for a while and have fixed it, time and again...They supposedly took care of the problems from the 2010 bikes on (sure they did). Anyway, the fairing support brackets are available and beefier than than they were.
But...Ragan Fab Works LLC just might have the fix for the Harley Davidson fix. There are a few kits available from them depending on speaker options.
And you even get a drill bit to add to your collection of drill bit set collections.
