I've heard a few people complaining about the need for a Motorcycle Safety course before being able to get a motorcycle licence. Stop complaining, take the course, get your certificate, get your license and shut up.
If you lived in England I'd say go ahead and bitch, but over here it's just a course, then you can go out and get any bike you like.
England has a more rigid procedure, depending on your age the government determines what you'll ride, and your stuck in that group for at least two years. In the States we have an "M" endorsement stating you can ride a motorcycle, in Great Britain there are a few types and age bracket requirements. So your 16 years old and you want a motorcycle, well it will be a moped, then two years later you can move up to a class A2, then come A1, then an A. You know what...Watch the video
