Snow. Low around 12. Wind chill values as low as -6. Blustery, with a northeast wind 21 to 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches possible.

Based on this information an executive decision was made to cancel this week’s meeting.
