Chicken Genocide
Sunday we left Dunkin Donuts with 28 bikes, reminiscent of years past. It was good to see faces we don't often see, and with the Road Captain in the lead and several Road Guards in attendance I knew we were off to a good start. We made the second stop at Dunkin Donuts in Pawcatuck on Rte 2 and to my surprise we left the with 48 motorcycles and 50-60 people, including 3 Iron Order, 1 guest from work, and 2 prospects. It was a beautiful ride except for the heat which was alright as long as we were moving, and we rolled into Wright's Chicken Farm 48 bikes strong and 50-60 people. Reservation for 55 please LOL!!!
After dinner 12-15 left on there own and the rest headed home. We lost some at Rte 165 and at the Rte 2 rotary 5 went 2 north for ice cream, 3 continued west on 184 the the Washington County Chapter turned south on Rte 2.
Special Kudos to the Road Guards, they did an excellent job as always and the ride would have been impossible without them.
See message from Randy.

I want to say thank you to everyone for allowing me to be part of the NLMC as it is a great group of people. I have only been a member for a couple of months and have had some great rides and look forward to many more. I have met many new friends and find that everyone has been very friendly. You folks make a new member feel very welcome. Randall has a file to share with you on SkyDrive.
