a. Yes, A motorcycle is entitled to the full use of any single traffic lanes including HOV lanes.
b. A motorcycle cannot pass any other motor vehicle in the same lane except for another motorcycle.
c. Connecticut law prohibits the operation of more than two motorcycles abreast in any single traffic lane.
