a.    Yes, A motorcycle is entitled to the full use of any single traffic lanes including HOV lanes.
b.          A motorcycle cannot pass any other motor vehicle in the same lane except for another motorcycle.
c.          Connecticut law prohibits the operation of more than two motorcycles abreast in any single traffic lane.
d.          Personal injury to, or the death of, any one person $20,000.
             Personal injury to, or death of, more than one person on account of an accident at least $40,000.
             Property Damage minimum $10,000.
e.    Yes. Motorcycles must have muffler(s) with interior baffle plates or other effective muffling devices.
             Motorcycles have NO gutted muffler, Muffler Cutout, or straight exhaust. (except when operated in a race,contest 
             or demonstration of speed or skill in a public exhibition.
             Motorcycle cannot have had the removal of all or any part of a muffler, except to repair or replace the muffler or 
             replace a part that is more effective in noise prevention.
