I need your help on a question...

As most of you know Charlene went into the shop in Exeter Rhode Island on Friday last with a transmission trap door leak. Which was why I didn't attend either light parade, and why I didn't join you for dinner after the parades and why I didn't get to see the stop, drop and recover during the parade. Today I talked to the dealer and found Charlene is all better and ready to come home. So I ask you...Why is it raining out?
