THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A RELAXED WORK SCHEDULE

I ride to work, arriving at 7:30am, we open at 8am. The schedule on Saturdays used to be 8am to 4pm, but if service ran out of work, and they did, every Saturday, around 1pm, we sat around the rest of the day staring at the walls and the shop would be emplty and the lights off.

So I changed the closing time for parts to 2pm on Saturdays.

Today..Service went home at noon.

Here I sit waiting for 2.

(And the Service manager wants to open on Sundays, that makes a lot of sense. I pay people to sit around now for nothing, he wants to add another day to that?)
