For those members of the Club, from this end of the state, wishing to go on the 911 ride, A.O.B. will be at 8pm sharp at the McDonalds in Flanders (rte 161).
I will lead the ride to the McDonalds in Branford on I-95 where we will meet the Road Captain and any members from the rest of state going on the ride.
Steve will lead us to the Merritt, and other fine parkways bringing us into New York City.
The Club will NOT be participating in the "911 Run" that we did last year. The organizers are different this year and as of yesterday they still did not have the starting point or route set. They are still working with the PGR, Port Authority PD, New York City PD, and Homeland security to set it up.
We will be riding straight to Ground Zero to attend the Ceremony, then heading to the west side and running up through the Saw Mill and home.
