Twisted Throttle, http://www.twistedthrottle.com/ , put on a great event, Twisted Throttle's 11th Annual Open House, they had a number of vendors, plenty of food (which Reuben and I did not partake of), and the BMW Motorcycle Stunt rider Chris (Teach) McNeill.
With the Club doing what they do best, standing in line for food, Sandwich and I headed to Oceanstate where we sat out front in rocking chairs and discussed the lack of riding capabilities of most of the arriving and departing customers. From there we went to The "Middle of Nowhere" diner for lunch. (The events food may have been free..Nowhere's was better). After lunch we rode back to Twisted where we joined the remaining lingerers in watching Teach's last show.
With his show over we decided to head back route 3 to 1 in Westerly then follow the shore line. We got on the bikes and made ready to leave when we noticed Marty wasn't ready. Marty has that great custom Harley, unfortunately it has no bags of any sort which means he had to put on his chaps, vest, jacket, gloves, etc while the rest of us were in Tee shirts. So we started playing while we were waiting, Marty became a target to circle as we chased each other around the back and side parking lot. From the looks and smiles of the riders sitting around and the small crowd that formed, it appeared they have never seen large cruisers at play. You could say we provided the closing act of the show.
We bailed out and as planned took route 3 to 1 in Westerly, In Pawcatuck Sandwich and I picked up 234 to run through the hills and curves into Old Mystic, while the other four bikes headed to handlebars to throw back some refreshments.

(*) CS Corners = Cow Sh** Corners. This intersection has...well...lets just say that if Bovine excrement were to ever become a form of cash, this area would be rich.
