Hartford Expo

We are looking for volunteers to assist Tolland County with the Hartford Expo Feb. 26 & 27th, to man our Tent venue, answering questions about the Club, handing out brochures and business cards. Please e-mail Les andAdrianne to get on the schedule

As most of you know, Les has secured a free space at the Hartford Expo again this year (NLMC paid $85 for electricity). Les and I will provide the tent and computer monitor and we will come down to the clubhouse on Thu/Feb 24 to pick up the following items so that we can set-up on Friday night as usual (most of these items can be seen in the attached photo from last year's display):


Podium (with small banner, not in picture)
Laptop
Flag
Large Banner (backdrop)
Wooden Easel
Awards
4 chairs
Bike Blessing fliers
NLMC business cards

QUESTIONS:

How are we soliciting volunteers to work at the booth?

Will the club be doing another giveaway? If so, we'll need the small table, raffle box, raffle forms, etc. on Thursday as well.

Are we using last year's slideshow or is there a new one?

Are there any freebies to hand out like we did last year with the lip balm?
