Goals for 2011, hopefully supported by all of you.
Membership Re-Union
The membership reached 204 members in 2010. That is an impressive number, but disappointing all at the same time. It seems no matter what we are doing we never seem to have more than 50-60 members participating at any given time, which is less than 1/3 of the membership. While I whole heartily appreciate the financial support when you re-new your memberships, the property value goes up when I see you at a meeting, event, or riding with us. You are the Club and the Club is you. This year I want to prioritize getting all of you involved. Active, In-Active, Former and New Members all together again.
To that end, short of sending a police car to your home, I will be asking the Vice President and Recruitment Chairman to contact you and ask what has kept you away.
Finally, we will have a "FREE" Membership Re-Union party this summer, tentatively July 17th, with a Rodeo, Pig Roast and lots of good food and fun. Hopefully we will see you before that time.

Construction Project
We have the permit, we have the money, all we need is the weather and the volunteers to finally construct our pavilion/porch on top of our 22'x36' patio/foundations.

Recruitment
Recruitment always remains important and continuous, as members pass away, others re-locate, and yet others just loose interest. We are announcing the same competition as last year for the highest top three recruiters in the Club, who will receive free banquet tickets for the Annual Banquet. Just a reminder that all prospective new members must have a sponsor, and attend 3 events with the main club body.
