Because of the nature of the Club event on Sunday I am giving All Club Road Guards the day off from being Road Guards.
That doesn't mean you don't have to show up, It just means we won't be using you as Guards.
We would still like you to be there, It's your chance to fall over in front of the Club and not get picked on.
I prefer all the Guards come and fall down...Let's get it out of our systems somewhere we are not officially on duty, and we are out of "Public" view.
I have actually been thinking about the falling down issue, It doesn't happen often that a guard bites the dust, it is rare in fact that a Road Guard falls over while performing a traffic maneuver,
But on the occasion where it may happen...and in agreement with the Road Captain's philosophy of "Always on parade". I have decided that if it does happen that a Road Guard falls over making a turn, then all other Guards should drop their bikes also...Let's make the populous think we meant it to look like that. (I believe the Drill Team does this on occasion.)
