Cardio lunch at work today

I am operating under the philosophy that to make muscles stronger you must exercise them, and just like building strong arms and legs by working the muscles so too will hard work make the heart stronger. When you run, your cardio rate increases.The more exercise you get the better shape the heart becomes, the heart rate will actually work at a reduced rate.

With that thought in mind, I prepared today's lunch.

Take Black Angus burgers, (4), place them in the oven and let them bake.
When the blood coming out of the top starts to slow, flip the burgers over.
place a pound of bacon over the burgers is a tight lattice work,.
Drain off excess fat (and there will be a lot).

Take the burger rolls, add mustard, and habanero sauce to them,
dunk both halves of the roll in the bacon fat so they absorb about a 1/4 inch of that transparent golden  nectar.
Place in toaster oven and toast.
When golden brown remove and spread a thin layer of grape jelly across the bottom.

With the bacon/burgers cooked, remove them from the oven, the upper layer of bacon will be ultra crispy and on the verge of starting to burn, the "layers" of bacon between the upper layer and the burger will remain soft.

Slice across the pan so that each burger has a square layer of bacon on it,
place on roll and enjoy.

Dessert

For dessert I once again took the rolls and placed them in the bacon fat allowing them to absorb a 1/4 inch or so of the fat, sprinkle with garlic, oregano and basil. and toast. When done the top layer of bread should be a translucent shimmering crispy layer of golden brown, sprinkle with Romano and Parmesan cheese and serve,

I know the Cardio meal is working, I can feel the heart pumping away and at the same time I didn't have to exert any energy. With the heart trying to pump that fat laden blood thru those closed plugged arteries it should be good and strong in no time.
